Having undertaken a variety of design projects for Brighton based Rendezvous Casino, Be Creative were invited to produce a series of Direct Mail projects for their parent company, London Clubs International. The first of these, involved targeting a database of lapsed players. Depending on previous spend and gaming preferences, each mailer sent out was customised to the individual with many permutations of offers and values. Each offer was highlighted visually in the mailer by a pop-up graphic. Other mailers have been devised as birthday greetings aimed at elite ‘Monogram’ customers with a dissolve mechanism featuring variable text to address the individual. Variants translated into Mandarin Chinese were also a requirement.
Out latest project for LCI has involved the production of a promotional video which is to be incorporated into a special low volume personalised mailer featuring an LED screen.
