Be Creative’s Managing Partner, Tracey Butler & Account Director, Gemma King, recently attended a luncheon event hosted by Chestnut Tree House at the beautiful ‘AA Hotel of the Year’, Gravetye Manor Hotel along with 50 senior corporate executives from Sussex businesses. Guests enjoyed a selection of local wines along with a specially prepared three course lunch.
During the event, Great Sussex Bath Race Organisers, (our own) Gemma King along with entrepreneur and adventurer Neil Laughton, presented a cheque for the sum of £7,913 to Chestnut Tree House. This represented half of the funds raised at the first annual raft-racing event this year, with the other half going to Lifecentre charity. Neil declared, “This year was a huge success and I’d like to thank everyone who joined in the racing mayhem and fun – we hope to raise even more money for our charities next year!”.
2014’s Great Sussex Bath Race tournament will be held on June 22 – seven teams have already signed up with futher companies currently securing team places. Companies wishing to join in the fun should visit the website www.greatsussexbathrace.co.uk for further information and details on registering a team.
